1.The surface of the shackle shall be smooth,and free of cracks,sharp edges,burrs and other defects.

2. Cast iron or cast steel shackles are prohibited.The shackle body can be made of steel forgings, the pin shall be forged and machined.

3.Shackles repaired by drilling or welding, or those with irreparable deformation of the body or pin, shall be scrapped immediately.

4.Before use, the shackle and pin must be inspected to ensure there is no excessive wear, deformation, or fatigue cracks.

5.When horizontal spacing  requires preventing the pin from slipping out, the pin must be fully inserted in place.

6.When the pin is properly installed in the shackle body, the jaw width shall not be significantly reduced.The threaded connection must fit tightly but not be over-tightened.

7.Never exceed the rated safe working load during the use of the shackle.
