The manufacture and testing of Pingli lifting eyebolts are implemented in compliance with relevant requirements of EU standard EN1677-1. The eyebolts are forged from high-strength chrome-molybdenum alloy steel and processed via annealing as well as quenching & tempering treatments to ensure superior strength and toughness. Every finished product undergoes 100% magnetic particle inspection to guarantee zero cracks.

Featuring exclusive ball bearing design, the lifting eyebolt is capable of 360° full rotation and 230° pivot lifting. Dynamic fatigue testing of 20,000 cycles is performed under a load of 1.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL), with a fixed safety factor of 4:1 applicable for all permitted load-bearing directions.
